Our Story
Born from a love of smoky mountain myths, we bring you closer to Sasquatch’s world. Our family has owned the property for decades and as the smoky mountains became overcrowded with tourism and development, we wanted a place that others can share with all the experiences of being in the smoky mountains but very private and secluded. Come join us for a private tour or just creating your own once in a lifetime adventure that many believe (from the evidence) could have sasquatch sharing the same forest!
You will be just a short drive away from the bust Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg strip but will feel like you are in your own private park with no crowds.
A true off-grid glamping experience
Stay in the off-Grid campground with a rest-room that features the famous Swedish Separett Villa (www.separett.shop) toilet that is full size so you can feel comfortable using the Rest Room behind closed doors. The Villa is the most advanced, trouble free compost toilet available for on or off- grid. Much more comfortable than pure primitive camping.
